Service Description

A dynamic class that integrates breath and movement through a sequence of unique postures. The smooth, continuous flow deepens the breath, strengthens the physical body and encourages the mind to focus. The class begins with a series of exercises to get muscles firing and joints lubricated so we can move into more complicated yoga postures with greater ease. The class ends with slower, more restful postures designed to slow down the heart rate and breath and prepare the mind for relaxation.
