How it Works
Live Virtual Classes
Our weekly schedule of live classes is included for those on the MY Program or available by drop-in.
When you sign up for a live session you will receive a Zoom link via email and you will get the recording after class. Please allow a few hours to receive the link. You will have access to the recording for a full 7 days!
Note: if you are part of the MY Program a recording of every class will automatically be delivered to your inbox, even when you don't sign up. However, if you want to attend live you still need to sign up to get the Zoom link.

On-Demand Classes
Convenience and choice with over 100 classes of various lengths and styles always at your finger tips.

The on-demand Video Library is available by subscription for $20/ month and with the MY Program. If a subscription is not for you, you can still gain access the library by purchasing a Guest Pass. This gives you one week of unlimited streaming. Select video bundles are also available for single purchase.
We are ALWAYS adding content! We promise at least 4 new classes every month!
